The room itself was mostly clean, but the hot water was a problem — it seemed like there was no hot water at all, and I had to message the host and complain to get the information that I would have to run the hot water for a while (15+ minutes) to get the hot water to come on. It worked, but it was wasteful and time consuming. And if I had not complained u would never know.
