Boosting a spacious interior 3774 sq ft and exterior areas with a gorgeous rooftop deck and balcony, allowing views of the pool, surrounding neighborhood. The Villa is a gated Mediterranean style house with a large pool and a layout that lends itself to entertaining while also providing seclusion for those guests wishing to get some quiet time. With a blend of gorgeous italian architecture and beautiful, authentic western art, this home truly is one of a kind. Also, we have two bikes, one adult small, and one large bike allow you to take advantage of the many miles of riverside bike paths that are only a block away!

Beautiful neighborhood and community

We enjoyed our two night stay in Tulsa. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was a little chilly, but that was to be expected given the weather. Linden is a great host. We especially appreciated the extra water bottles. It was a kind gesture.

Cozy Villa

We stayed in this home with our family of 4 for Christmas. The home is in a great neighborhood, very safe and close to The Gathering Place. It’s a beautiful old home with interesting history, art and decor, but also has spacious modern bathrooms and amenities. The kitchen was very nice as well. The decorations for Christmas were a nice homey touch and the living area was very cozy. We liked the master suite with a very large bathroom, faux fireplace and comfy king bed. Note there is no door to the en-suite bathroom. There is a spiral staircase to get downstairs to be aware of for anyone with mobility issues. Our only issue was the outdoor hot tub and rooftop deck were in need of repair and not usable, but hopefully as the weather gets warmer this will be fixed. The host was very responsive and I appreciated it being pet friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

A great house for a family stay

My wife and I came for 4 nights on Ney Year's day. My son flew in and stayed with is. The house was still decorated for Christmas which added a nice touch. Linden was a great host, starting with before our visit making sure we had everything we would need when we arrived. The bedroom in the basement is very large with a nice area for sitting and a large bathroom. My wife liked the tub with the jets. If you are a remote worker, there is a good office with a desk downstairs for working in.My son stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Every room in the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking.It was too cold to use the pool.We liked that it is walking distance to the gathering place. It's a great place to go to get some walking in or get a snack and sit down and relax. The neighborhood felt safe even at night. My son and I found some Lime scooters nearby to tool around and do more exploring of the area.There are plenty of good restaurants in the area.
