The hotel is rated as a 3.5 star on Expedia and other apps. Pictures posted show the hotel to be in great shape (AI maybe) however when pulling up to the hotel, there are multiple homeless people hanging out and other people, not quite sure of their status. Upon checking in, staff was friendly and was professional! My first room, the door wouldn’t lock, my second room had the smell of stale cigarettes and pee of either a human or a pet of some sort. I was tired by this point and didn’t care. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings (I don’t smoke, but if you do, CIGS inside bar area) went back to hotel. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean and as long as the air was running, I could breathe. When I woke up, got coffee and a good breakfast. After getting ready, was walking out of the bathroom and there was a woman on the roof, 2nd floor, assuming maybe she crawled out a window and was trying to open my window from the outside, maybe she was lost, thank god it was locked! she moved on down to the next window. I grabbed my stuff and left. Shortly after waking out my door, met said woman in the hallway and she asked me how to get out. Showed her and I left. All in all, it’s a nice place to crash, but make sure your door locks, your window is locked, if your on the side of room 210 and park as close to the front door, there’s only one exit in and out of the building, per front desk dude. Also, nobody messed with the mom-mobile, so that’s a plus!! One day Im going to write a book!

Worst place I ever stayed. Was put next to elevator and next to a collapsed ceiling. Had to listen to ceiling falling and stench was awful. Asked to move and was told it was sold out. Also since we went through Expedia we could not be moved. Asked for directions to local places to eat - was told well there’s a Chinese delivery otherwise not familiar? Really. No books in room or any maps of area. Was absolutely horrific. The icing on top was the “working girls” that we saw hanging out. Wow. Not a great and safe place. Very shocking it’s part of the wyndem family

Room was great. Indoor pool was great. On check out day, my key was disabled when I left the room for breakfast. Stuck in lobby for 40 minutes during shift change. Departure rushed and no thanks/pleasantries when leaving.
