The neighborhood is not great. The lock box was broken and was not replaced or fixed by the host during a 9 day stay. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have ran into issues before. All have always been taken care of with in a day except this experience. A second key was requested and the host failed to drop one off. The host wanted me to wait around for a worker to hand it to me, which was impossible due to our horse show schedule. An appropriate fix would have been to place a second key in a replaced lock box. The fans and tvs had multiple mixed up controllers with and without batteries all displaced around the property. I have never stayed at a VRBO without a small welcome book/basket or even instructions. Usually they will have brochures or recommendations on site of places to eat or things to do. All was missing at this site. The house is nice but we felt unsafe as a group of ladies having to hide a key under the mat when we were getting back at all hours due to attending a horse show at the Tulsa expo center. Like I mentioned before the neighborhood is rough. When I checked in it was very late and frightening to know for an unknown amount of hours the key was just under a mat. It’s a shame because the house is pretty nice. Just make sure to buy your own cream and coffee. The creamer at the house was spoiled and they had nesspresso pods for a kurig.
