I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff was extremely helpful and very willing to assist in any way possible. There were no bugs whatsoever.

We had 4 people staying and had trouble getting enough towels to shower. There was a dead roach on the floor in the bathroom that was still there after we left the first day and returned.

From Tx to Ok

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room appeared to be clean but at night we seen several roaches. The neighborhood is not that safe there were sketchy homeless people out and about everywhere. They also said they provided breakfast that of which they did not. I was there on emergency business so was on there late at night to sleep.

Bed sheets were not clean. 3 different types of pillows, all flat. Microwave not even plugged in. TV had lines going through it. Ac/heater unit needs fixed or replaced. Parts falling off. Shower wall is cracked and the tub needs replaced.

While the property is conveniently located to I-44, it is in an area that might most charitably be described as blighted. While it may have once been a decent area, it is now populated by what appear to be homeless and derelict individuals. When I went out to my car the second morning of my stay, I found a used hypodermic needle next to my car. Although I was not personally accosted by any of the numerous individuals who apparently reside in the area, it certainly made me uneasy. The property has also declined, with deferred maintenance and lack of updating readily apparent.

Not a great experience

No breakfast the next morning. When checking in even though i prepaid on line i was required to give a $30 deposit and when I asked why this was necessary the receptionist couldnt tell me she said it was the owners decision! And then at check out the next morning all doors were locked and i had to stand out in the cold to turn the keys in...it was all so strange.

Extremely noisy all night long. Conversations on both sides kept me awake most of the night. Man trying to open my door at 11:00pm. Walls could use a good cleaning. Tub/shower had multiple patch work done in the worst way. The coffee pot looked gross. Only light was a can light that was flourescent. Outlets not even attached to the wall. Heater/air unit was partially broken and very dirty as were the windows. Won’t stay here again for sure

I have never been more disgusted with a hotel room: ashes on the side tables, overpowering stench of chlorine whatever the chlorine smell was trying to hide, c*m stains on the bed spread, cigarette holes in the blankets, a non-flushing toilet, and to top it all off, a living COCKROACH with garbage in one of the drawers. Totally unacceptable, we left within 10 minutes. I've been trying to connect with a customer service rep and just keep getting into the same feedback loop of "press 1 for reservations, press 2 for questions" etc, etc. Cannot believe a staff person looked at this space and thought it was acceptable for someone to stay in.

the staff at the front desk was friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok and did have free wifi for they guests and the room was clean, they do have a security guard that walks around the place from time to time and that's good it made us feel a little more secure, however the place needs a lot of work from the use and abuse over the years. The shower surround was busted in a few places the shower head was worn out the electrical outlets were worn out and needed to be replaced. house keeping came in and made sure we had fresh towels but that was all they done. now I understand about not doing anything with the bed so that was no big deal but they could've at least emptied the trash and left some more coffee but didn't, not sure why. overall the place was ok but expected a little better

Building is deteriorating while still in usage. This place is what you think of when you think of a hotel that has given up. It's not worth it for them to fix the what is wrong cause there's soooo much wrong. Rooms falling apart. Paint peeled off in chunks. Holes in walls. Looks like the door was kicked in recently. Towels the size of a cleanliness of a car wash rag. It stays open cause people still pay them the low price, but in reality you can stay next door at just as nasty for a lot less. It should not deserve to have a Wyndham name period..extra cash only deposit when checking into a prepaid room on a credit card. Save your money. If staying in quality this low stay next door for less. Check in Staff was ignorant and rude. But I'm sure they are all family. The man running check out was much nicer. It is what you pay for..
