The place was clean and convenient, with a washer and dryer. The pool stayed clean, and they were quick to respond to my issue. Overall, it was a great place that was well-maintained.

This place was awesome. Not only was the price amazing but we booked and got checked in, in less than 30 minutes. We arrived in Tulum with our 3 kids to find out the resort we booked at closed the night before. House was clean and ready to go. Nice location close to the city life and felt super secure the whole time.

Staff no help couldn’t understand no one did even try… No ice maker in room ironing board washing machine , wash cloth ceilings fan’s didn’t work and power keep going out when you ran the hot water and need better internet… l loved it as a hole though just a few things to improve on …

The staff and the facilities. Condominium dirty when we arrive. Sheets not changed bed unmade stained comforter on the bed, dirty towels in the bathroom, no shower towel to bathe with. No toilet paper. Hot water heater leaked down the hall. No English speaking staff to help. We had no hot water to shower for 6 of the nine days we were there. Nieghbor played loud music from 7 am to midnight. Mostly the completely unhelpful staff was the most disappointing.
