El lugar muy acorde al estilo de la zona. No me gusto qye esta en una calle demasiado obscura sin pavimento ni anuncios para llegar al hotel. Muy escondidi a pezar de que es muy facil de llegar, ya cuando ubicas el lugar no ponen letreros para ubicarlos mas facil.

This place is very nice! I am happy with what they were working with. The location is nicely outside of the major Tulum area. Parts to consider improvement is the parking lot has large holes filled with water that make it scary to drive your car through especially if you have a low car. Also it can be noisy at night. We had a bungalow and I think a bird lives on the roof. Besides these things the property itself is very beautiful and the people running the place are very nice.

A nice, quiet apartment on the edge of town

A nice, comfortable apartment on the edge of town, but within walking distance (10 - 15 minutes) of many bars and restaurants. We found the bedroom very comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the rest of the apartment. A well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself (which we did). A nice pool. The only downside for us was not having any chairs (apart from the dining table and outside on the patio) to sit on inside.

Goid kitchen good beds. Large eating area. Entry was locked when we arrived at 9 p.m. had to ring for service. Staff reserved a cab for us for the next morning.

Check in was difficult as the staff is only on site a few hours a day but it wasn’t too bad and we were able to check in within 30 minutes. Otherwise service was good. Bed was not that comfortable. They should buy new beds, sheets and blankets. I would have given five stars if that would have been better.

Bed was rock hard, A/C didn’t work, free bikes but not enough for every guest, suite was big and had a kitchen but we were told that grocery store was 20min away so you would have to take a cab. Pictures are deceiving of property grounds. No cushions on pool chairs looks very run down in person. Zero water pressure for shower. Took 10 min of shower running to get warm water. Left after first night to stay somewhere comfortable but came back two nights later but no staff working on Sunday’s to give us our keys. Called the number at the front but they said they couldn’t get them to us. HOW IS THIS A REAL HOTEL!? Manager wouldn’t give us any sort of refund even though we couldn’t get in to the place we paid for. Worst experience we have ever had travelling anywhere. STAY AWAY. Note: Diana was very sweet and helpful (front desk staff) but management needs to pick a different career or take a course in hospitality. Terrible.

si lo que buscas es un hotel para relajarte este es el indicado esta a 15 min caminando del centro de Tulum y 20 min la playa en taxi aprox el hotel te presta bici si asi tu lo deseas habitación muy limpia y cuenta con refrigerador y cocina

A great location. You're far enough "out of town" that you don't get the street noise, but you're close enough either walking or borrowing their bikes that it's only 5 minutes to all the shops/restaurants.

Beechy Lees Bees tour of Mexico

This was a two night stop on our tour of Yucatan. We were going to Xel Ha the day after our arrival and this was perfectly positioned. The hotel room was immaculate and the staff very helpful. It is positioned in a very quiet neighbourhood o, not near the breaches but handy for the centre of Tulum. We recommend this hotel.

Muy limpio, muy tranquilo. La habitacion muy acogedora y equipada. Todo muy cerca. De verdad muuuy recomendable. Un mal entendido con el pago pero fuera de eso, todo excelente! Vacaciones con 2 niños!
