The place is beautiful, but there is no communication with the owner/host, the day we got there we were very disappointed that there is only a table as a front desk with a security guard (wich he was very attentive helped bringing our bag to the apartment) but he did not know how to turn on the roof top pool, the water in the shower was very cold, and the wifi was not working, I had to fix it my self, the apartment is beautiful but is outside the town you need a car to get to it. Its a very calm place no noise from town partys wich could be a great thing. The apartment has washer and dryer as well as full size fridge and stove. Overall its a nice place to stay but they could work on communication with guest.

It was disappointing trying to contact the host. No one spoke English so that made it more difficult to communicate. The water in the bathroom was cold majority of the time. The lights in our room kept going out which was frustrating

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Dachterasse gebucht. Der Ausblick und die Gestaltung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war sauber, sogar unser Geschirr wurde gespült wenn etwas stehen geblieben ist. Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Am vorletzten Tag hatten wir ein Problem mit einem Wasserboiler. Es wurde uns umgehend geholfen und ein Upgrade auf ein anderes größeres Apartment angeboten. Durch die Corona-Krise gab es für uns einige Probleme zu bewältigen. Wir möchten uns diesbezüglich noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Nohely Pacheco vom Front Desk für ihre Hilfbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit bedanken! Außerdem auch bei der absolut netten Sicherheitskraft, der stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hatte. Insgesamt würden wir auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen.

The property is really beautiful. It is located on the edge of town, but walking/biking distance to anything you need. The property is gated and has 24 hour security. Everyone was very friendly. There is a shared pool and some condos have private pools. Though, it's not heated so it is cold, but very pretty to look at. The condo we stayed at was very spacious and had two washrooms! The outdoor space was a great option to lay outside. There is construction in the neighbourhood, but coming from Toronto, it didn't bother us much. The noise is not aggressive and won't bother your stay. We rented a car, but really we just walked/biked everywhere.

Everything was really clean, beds were made everyday and towles were changed every two days and beach towels were provided everytime we asked for them at the front desk. Overall a good experience with the exception that we didnt have electricity one night which was hot but not a big deal the entire area were we were lost power unitl that next morning besides that everything was excellent, Hotel manager was really nice told us to message her with any doubts at anytime that she would do her best to answer back.

Ett bra lägenhets Hotel. Stora ljusa rum , finns vad man behöver. Tyvärr var poolen och uteplatsen ej rengjord när vi bodde där. Ligger för långt bort från strand och det var inga bra vägar från huvudgatan fram till hotellet, plus inga gatubelysningar.

It was great! The area in La Veleta is growing so some hotels don’t have hot water for so long and the water is a little salty. But the apartment was amazing! We loved it!

No lo recomendaría, muy lejos playa, nada atentos. Pedimos hablar con María ya que desocupamos la habitación a las 9:00 pedimos resguardar maletas a las 13 hrs en lo que salíamos (ya que pensamos que a esa hora hacíamos check out) y contundentente dijo que no x que quizá la tenía solicotada (cuando estaba muy poco ocupado el hotel). No regresaría

A real gem! We lucked into this place when the hotel we usually stay did not work out. Wow: big, high ceilings, large rooms, fast WiFi, full kitchen, washer dryer, large and deep plunge pool just for the one apartment, good security. Was a little hard to find down some unpaved back streets, but a blessing in disguise for us. Got a great rate because newly opened and new and unpaved neighborhood. If you can get a good price, top recommendation, and big enough so even a good deal at a higher price if you have two families sharing.

Always love to stay here. Lovely design! However, this time one of the days they did not clean my room and no fresh towels were available. They did find a pool one. Taxis to Tulum May take a while to arrive.

Beautiful property, our apartment was lovely and spacious. My only complaint is with management. I emailed before we arrived to let them know we would have an additional guest twice, and there was no response. Worse, after we left I discovered I had misplaced a beloved necklace given to me by my late father before he passed away. Again I emailed and asked them to please have a look, but I received NO response whatsoever.

El lugar está muy bien, para pasar una agradable estancia, es cómodo y está bien equipado. Excelente ubicación, pero es un poco difícil de encontrar. Lo único que no me agradó para nada es que te hacen un cobro por depósito de 200 dólares y que se supone lo deben devolver a más tardar 5 días, y pues desde el 27 de sep que hicieron el cobro y todavía nada, eso me da mucha desconfianza.

Excelente lugar para relajarse, Paco fue un excelente anfitrión, nos otorgó bebidas de cortesía, las albercas del departamento excelentes, no pudimos ir a la playa por el exceso de zargazo, pero el departamento muy bien, solo le pondría unos signos de alarma: 1) Nos tocó el 3er piso y los barandales son muy inseguros para los niños, pues están sin protección y pudieran caerse los niños. 2) Ofrecen el departamento con acceso a un cenote, como parte de la “venta” y resulta que llegando nos dijeron que cobran $33 usd por persona, eso se me hace un engaño, ya después nos explicaron que era como cuota de recuperación, pero una de las razones por las cuales quisimos alquilar ese departamento, fue precisamente por la entrada al cenote. Deberían informar desde el principio que éste tiene un costo, seas o no huesped de Saasil.

No había gente en recepción a la hora del check out, y el guardia de seguridad no quería dejarnos ir pero no es culpa mía que no hubiera gente en recepción me molesto muchísimo la actitud del guardia, me puso al teléfono con su jefe quien no tenía idea de nada. Al final todo muy bien solo ese contratiempo
