We had a memorable and enjoyable stay at Bambi Indah. The grounds are well designed and beautiful. The wellness amenities were perfect for our family. We will definitely include it in any future Bali trips.

Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel.
Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around what VIP guests are entitled to.
The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the VIP experience didn’t live up to expectations.

The coffee plantation tour was amazing and the guide was so knowledge around all the flora and fauna.
Breakfast was an amazing standard and super generous with portions.
The staff were happy to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was first class.
