"The TV was broken, the AC/heat was broken, there was no coffee pot, the pool water was murky and looked questionable. Staff, however, was very friendly and the sheets seemed clean."

"I reserved the an ‘executive’ suite and was looking forward to watching some sports while sitting on the couch. However, there was not a tv there. Just the table where a tv should be. The room looked like it hasn’t been used/refreshed/deep cleaned in a long time. Disappointing! We have stayed here ..."

"I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff, particularly Franky. The only downside is that the breakfast is lacking. No hot choices. But otherwise, the pool was nice and I loved using the gym. It was easy to be there with my dogs. Lots of grassy space to walk them."
