Reasonable hotel

This was our first visit to Tunis and Tunisia. When we arrived from UK we travelled direct to Yasmine Hammamet for 5 nights and then we returned to Tunis for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was reasonable size and had all the amenities. The Bath had shower attached. The bathroom was clean but it could do with refurbishment. The staff were polite. There was only one pillow in the room and we requested couple of more pillows which were brough to us almost straight away. There wasn't much choice for breakfast however it was reasonable. The hotel is located in a very busy street with all car accessories and repair shops. Although, there was no noise from the street into our room.

Good staff not the best breakfast. Rooms aren’t clean and neither are the bathrooms. Close to the city center which is good and it’s price is decent.

Déçu, mais le personnel très professionnel.

Très bel hôtel de l’extérieur, le hall magnifique. Personnel impeccable très accueillant. Point noir : chambre sale, rideaux troué, les couvertures oranges du temps de ma grand mère . Tache dans les draps. Hôtel moyen pour un 4 étoiles.. Mérite un bon rafraîchissement.

Le service par telephone est tres mauvais. J'aurai du passe à l'hotel venant de 300 km pour regler un probleme de modification de date fait par erreur. les equipements sont tres vieux, il n'est pas propre, il ya problem de fenetre qui ne se ferme pas donc beaucoup de bruit. Le dejeune est tres simple. En global, l'hotel a un grand potentiel mais dans l'etat actuel il est moyen.
