"I booked this property to bring my family for a nice beach getaway. I've used VRBO in the past and have always had good experiences.
This was the worst I've yet had.
In short, I never even got to see the property. The phone number on the VRBO listing was a false number, not related to the property. Trying to contact the owner/manager through the app also did not work. No one sent anything in advance on check-in or even location (there is no address). And I wasn't about to drive hours in a...
