"Unable to contact host at check-in, we waited for more than an hour outside the villa. Despite informing that we would be arriving at 9pm, host was nowhere to be found and despite calling multiple times we were unable to get in touch with the reception.
Villa condition seemed alright but rooms were extremely dusty and bedsheets had not been changed prior to our visit - dead insects and stains on sheets.
Very poor and would not recommend."

"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Had a booking for 3 people and they were low on rooms due to a big student conference so we had to all share a double bed. Cots are extra. Breakfast was okay, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good if you want to be downtown (near ATMS and restaurants). AC wasn't strong and the showers were cold but Bali is hot so it's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Arrival was a bit difficult, as the staff does not speak English very well, and we had a small problem with our reservation of the room + reservation of a motorbike.
The boss however was very easy and commercial, nice man.
Nice place to stay when you are looking for something not too close to the beaches of Kuta or Sanur."
