ensures pleasant warmth throughout the entire apartment. Your personal favourite spot The cosy, partially covered terrace—measuring about 30 m²—invites you to linger —whether it’s for your first cup of coffee in the morning, a relaxing evening under the open sky
or a barbecue with friends. The terrace is exclusively for your use. Everything’s close by,
and everything’s hassle-free. A supermarket,
a restaurant, and a large playground are all within easy walking distance. The
family-friendly outdoor pool is only about a two-minute walk away. The
Ostermünchen train station is approximately 1.5 km away and offers good connections to
Munich and Rosenheim. Tuntenhausen
is ideal for day trips, bike rides, hikes, and relaxing days at
its many lakes. Mountain and winter sports enthusiasts will also find plenty of
opportunities in the surrounding area. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles and a drying room for ski equipment. You can park your car right in front of the holiday rental; electric vehicles can
