"The hotel and lobby are nice. Our room was a little dated. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for only 2 nights and had a good stay. The breakfast buffet was ok but we didn't think it was worth the price. More like a slightly nicer complimentary buffet at other hotels."

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it while we were away, we came back to a room in the same condition as we left it unfortunately. Overall, a pretty decent experience, but 4 stars because the staff members that were out of this world brought the experience up from 2 stars. "

"It was very clean and the staff was soo friendly! Very interesting area. I did walk to many establishments including frank pepes! Driving is and option as its easy to get to everything you want to see from there. "

"The first room/first night the heater was stuck. It kept getting hotter and hotter and we couldn’t turn it off. Called the front desk and the only solution was to move rooms but it was 3ish in the morning. I finally googled how to turn it off manually and took off the front of the heater to find the switch. The second night/second room the sink was clogged and you couldn’t move the stopper. The staff was nice but the hotel itself could use some work."
