"Was give sn upgrade from standard from standard double to a King suite which was a lovely surprise. Bed was huge and comfortable. Room vlean and staff were welcoming and very hrlpf. There was an issue with my swipe card on the 2nd night but all sorted. The only suggestion I have would be information about accessing the dky channels as they weren't working but maybe Netflix option or TV that you could cast to would be great "
