"This is a unique place away from the loud, expensive and congested tourism zone. The dining options are great. Less than 3 minutes walking distance there is a phenomenal restaurant with a wide variety of local food. On top of that, live music while you eat. A few blocks away there are 3 more options where food is excellent and very affordable. Also, very close to the Cartagena Naval Academy (Escuela Naval de Cadetes) if you have business there.
