"Have stayed here before. Entry door to room was very tight. Went to front desk and was told I had to put my shoulder into it. I am almost 72 and I literally had to charge through the door like a football player to get it open. This is not easy several times a day. Toilet seat was very loose, badly needs repair. Breakfast offerings not as plentiful as my last trip here. Hotel did not seem that busy. Not sure if I will return here. "

"This hotel is just lovely! The suite we had was extremely clean. The furnishings and artwork were most intriguing. The location was ideal for walking downtown. The breakfast was excellent and included in the stay. We ate at hotel restaurant both evenings. The food was very good, as was the service."

"The staff was Friendly.The room and the property was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"Rooms were filthy and barely cleaned, with graffiti on mirror, and cigarette burn holes in blanket. It was loud and room smelled of burning drugs and cigarettes from next door. Very unsafe, very unclean. Not worth it at all"

"I have stayed here several times and have always liked it. This time though I have to say I was slightly disappointed. The room was starting to look a little worn. Small things that can make a big difference. Paint wearing in areas. Doors sticking or no closing properly. Things like this are small fixes. Also on this trip there were several times we were woken up late by other patrons outside the room. Cars were blocked in by people double parked. There should be some control over these things. If not the progression will be downhill."

"The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay."
