Hotel had no electricity one night and then again for a few hours. The hot water worked whenever it wanted to. Rooms had a peculiar smell. Negatives aside, staff was very helpful. They accommodated limited mobility guests well. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. If you want a place to just go sleep after a day out this works well.

This is a great place to stay, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square. To us the best part was after a day of enjoying the city you pass through the doors and it feels like you’re in the Caribbean. A great retreat!

Overall, the staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. It has a very Gen-Z vibe, rap music was playing in the lobby. The room had one of the more comfortable beds of the hotels we stayed at in Rome. The one downfall was that breakfast was not included in the price.
