Impossibile dormire e anche mangiare

Non mi sono mai trovata così male in un albergo. Per dei guasti non era disponibile il servizio prima colazione, ma non sono stata avvertita nonostante abbia telefonato 3 volte. Avendo esigenze dietetiche particolari per me è stato un grosso problema, non c'era né una macchinetta per il caffè né un frigo disponibile, con 38 gradi... non c'era la luce nel corridoio, nemmeno quelle di emergenza, ciononostante al nostro arrivo non ce l'hanno detto e abbiamo dovuto usare le torce dei nostri cellulari per trovare la camera. I condizionatori facevano un rumore insopportabile, non solo vibrava molto forte, ma a volte dava colpi forti e sembrava dovesse rompersi da un momento all'altro. Dormire è risultato impossibile! il cestino del bagno non era stato svuotato (cosa a mio parere imperdonabile) e leggendo poi le recensioni (l'albergo mi era stato consigliato da una persona di cui mi sono fidava) mi sono accorta che non era la prima volta. Per finire l'ascensore non funzionava. Il personale in tutto questo era come non ci fosse, insensibile alle nostre richieste.

CORDIALITÀ IN QUESTO ALBERGO

Personale molto cortese. Ho soggiornato solo una notte. Camera pulita e ho trovato il bagno con il bidet alla francese. La colazione è ricca e ho gustato il salame piccante da affettare sul tagliere. Consigliatissima la pâtisserie!!! Nota di encomio al Signor Bruno per l'accoglienza e la sua disponibilità nelle indicazioni stradali per raggiungere la metropolitana. Ho dormito bene in un letto soffice. Parcheggio e wi-fi gratis. Sicuramente ci ritornerò, con affetto Riccardo dalla Svizzera

Hotel molto bello e personale gentile...

Hotel molto bello e personale son stati gentili perché visto che era l' orario delle pulizie, siamo arrivati un po in anticipo ci hanno dato la camera... complimenti... ma soprattutto l' hotel ben collegato sia alla stazione che allo stadio... la prossima volta che ritorno molto probabilmente ci ritorno...😊😉

Un buon albergo. Accoglienza cortese, ottima pulizia, camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Buona anche la posizione. Colazione semplice (brioche, torte, cereali, yogurt e caffetteria) ma buona. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Consigliato!!

Hotel piccolino ma curato posizionato in una zona tranquilla ma vicino alle grandi vie di comunicazione. Ottimo il servizio e gentilissimo il personale. Deliziosa anche la colazione.

Privates Hotel etwas außerhalb

Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, leider ist die Straße direkt vorm Haus und die Busse sind etwas störend. Sehr nettes Personal. Im Zimmer gab es Klimaanlage zum selbst regeln aber leider keinen Kühlschrank.

A small Hotel but situated in a quiet place where one can relax after a whole day travelling or shopping. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast satisfactory. Room was big, even the bathroom and very neat. Very worth it considering we rent it a cheap price.I really recommend this Hotel.

Struttura datata, ma ben tenuta, stanza pulita anche se le pareti sono poco insonorizzate con le altre camere. Colazione super soprattutto per chi preferisce il dolce, c'era un banco paste da fare invidia ad una pasticceria, personale cordiale e disponibile per non parlare del sig. Piero, un amico disposto ad assecondare ogni richiesta e dispendere informazioni utili al pari di un tour operator. Parcheggio e wi-fi gratis. Posizione dell'hotel comoda per chi arriva in macchina, fermata della metro (paradiso) vicina, in 25 min arrivi in stazione porta nuova, in 20 min. in piazza XVIII Dicembre, comodo anche per raggiungere lo juventus stadium in circa 30 min. con i mezzi pubblici

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni all' "Hotel Fréjus" per visitare Torino. L' hotel non è certo di recente costruzione però pulizia e cortesia non mancano! In cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge la metro e in dieci minuti si raggiunge il centro, il prezzo è competitivo.

Comodo hotel a 5 minuti dalla metro

Hotel perfetto come appoggio per visitare Torino. Stazione metro vicina. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Unico neo box doccia un po' piccolo. Personale gentilissimo.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere stadio e centro città, hotel tranquillo,buona colazione,personale gentile,camere pulite,parcheggio comodo... unica pecca ascensore rotto (eravamo al 5 piano) prezzo conveniente. Lo consiglierei.
