"The place looked quite ominous and derelict with poor signage. There were signs asking for car parking payment, although parking costs were included in the accommodation package. Reception staff did nothing to help clarify this, indeed adding to this confusion for a short while. The accommodation was not as described. Which is really my main gripe. "The kettle didn't work when we got to the room but we got a new one from reception and it worked great. All in all great night sleep had but I had booked a week in advance but on the day booking would have been £8 cheaper. I did question this at reception but she ignored my plee to get it for the cheaper price "
