"Hotel was lovely, was kept waiting at reception for a while before being attended to,the male attendant was great, informative, polite and helpfull also apologised for the hold up.
Staff at reception and pool area seem fed up with their duties, my opinion, bar and dining staff couldnt be more helpfull, very attentive, great with kids and served with a smile andca wee chat, very professional.
Room had a spider web and resident spider behind curtain, much to my grandchildrens upset so clearly not been hoovered for a while.
Breakfast and breakfast service was amazing. Staff couldnt be more helpfull even under pressure. Lovely food and plenty to eat, go early"
"The room was clean and comfortable and the seaview was spectacular.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
There is ample parking.
Breakfast was delicious."
"Given a handicap room which was not requested. Told checkout was 10am. Other guests had noon checkout Told it would cost us extra for noon checkout. No explanation. Excessive price for breakfast. Won’t stay at this Hilton again"
Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Really helpful staff giving advice on bike storage, amenities in the mountain biking area we were visiting and also advice on allergies for breakfast. Quiet, large room. Will be back!"
"The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room.
The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or helpful. My husband and son then attempted to swim, but two lanes were reserved for lap swimming and the remaining area was being used for swim lessons. My mother-in-law, who was fully dressed and not swimming, was even told she couldn’t use her phone to take a picture.
The pool hours are also very limited, especially for families. If you are checking in and want your children to swim, you’ll need to go almost immediately. Needless to say, we left after about five minutes and felt like we had completely wasted our money."
