"This home was large, beautiful, and wonderfully appointed. We enjoyed everything from the huge windows allowing us a view of the natural area out back, to the two separate docks, the kayaks, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the hammock strung between two trees. It was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy time with family and time in nature with all the comforts you could imagine."

"Comfortable, well cared for and equipped up north cabin. We would be happy to stay there again. Bass lake is beautiful! We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and birdwatching. Hearing the loon call over the lake was a real treat."

"We were looking for a quiet retreat from a busy lifestyle and that is exactly what we found. I could not give 5 stars for interaction with staff because we didn't really "see" anyone but we did communicate by text and the person was very prompt and always helpful. Check-in was super easy. Cabin #5 was large enough to be comfortable, had everything we needed, the bathroom was nice. It was a lovely property to walk around outside and enjoy nature."

"Beautiful property! The home is so thoughtfully set up and stocked as well. Just a heads up if you or any of your group have a hard time with technology, may be a bit of a challenge as everything from the lights to the blinds to the toilets and showers operate a bit unconventionally. All very cool though, and there are instructions posted everywhere. The property management company that handled the stay was very responsive but information was sometimes off or incomplete, at times felt like AI or something. Had to ask 4 or 5 times for entry codes and WiFi. Kept sending a link to a website they built for our stay, but all the info on the site just said “reach out for codes, password, instructions etc”. Overall a wonderful escape, we would stay again."

"Lovely cabin in the woods, We loved the walk to the river and the seating area, very peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was fully equipped, beautifully designed and dog friendly which is rare for such a nice place! It was spacious and had such a charming feel to it. The most comfortable futon ever. We would definitely come back."

"This place was in the perfect location for getting to Interlochen Center for the Arts and Interlochen state park. The park has kayaks and paddle boards for rent which we took advantage of. It is only a short 20 at minute drive to Traverse City. Although it doesn’t have air conditioning they have ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms and a couple of extra box fans. Temps cooled down at night so it was comfortable to sleep. Check-in and check-out was very easy."
