"Rooms were not the cleanest. Definitely not a fresh smell when you walked in. It smelled like BO.
For the price we paid, I expected much better. The breakfast was terrible. The weight room was disgusting. Again for the price you paid it just needed to be better."

"We were supposed to stay for two nights but my son got ill after the first night. Spoke to the front desk and they said it was no problem to cancel the second night for a full refund. But since we booked through hotels.com, they said to contact them. So we left and headed back to canada. Called hotels.com on the ride home and the hotel refused to refund the money. Complete scammers
The room was also filthy, shower was full of mold and hotel was super noisy all night long. Very difficult for children to sleep"

"This hotel is great. We’ve stayed here before and I’d give it a 10/10.
It’s under renovation right now and we had no idea when we booked this hotel. Things were upside down in the lobby, the game room was closed, no tea or coffee or hot chocolate that they usually have. Breakfast was terrible as well it was loud with a lot of banging from the Reno’s above us. Also it was to include two drinks which it did not.
Hopefully after the Reno’s it will return to being great. However this trip, I’d give it a 3 out of 10"
