"This is not a hotel!! It was a room back of a restaurant!! Bad small room, the toilet sink was very high , no view to anywhere!!. Nobody could talk English "

"The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out on anything. We would stay again if I came back to the...

"It reminds me the stories of dirty hostles in WWII... poor condition, poor bedding, dirty, primitive, horrible place to even go. If you do not believe me feel free to experience it yourself. "

"We had a family suit. The hotel and the suit were very clean. The breakfast is served inside the room. Wifi speed was good without interuptions. There is no daily housekeeping, but they provide the guests with what they need."

"We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. "
