Excellent customer service, large and clean rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Happy Hour was great along with mimosas and Bloody Marys on Saturday morning. Would recommend. Price is fantastic.

Very close to Univ of Alabama without the chaos. Great rates. Very personable staff! Nice little evening happy hour. Moderate in look but beds comfortable. Rooms spacious. Parking is easy. We will stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was more convenient than tasty since there were no fresh eggs. There were hot pockets. Nice that there was a wine and wee reception Friday night for the Alabama football game the next day, Saturday Would stay here again for the great price and bring 22 minutes say from the University of Alabama. Staff were very nice!

Loved, loved, loved it there. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had fresh popcorn when we checked in which made me very happy. The bed was very comfortable. The channels were a lot to look at on the TV. If I'm in the area I will be back.

Great place to stay for the price. Room was comfortable and quiet. It was ideal if your are staying for more than a night or two, since rooms have a mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. They provided complimentary water and soda, and breakfast is included. I decided to drive 30 minutes to stay here rather than in Tuscaloosa. It was so much better staying here than at the prior 2 hotels I stayed at in Tuscaloosa. The only downside is that it is an older hotel and could use some updates in the rooms.

First time I stayed at Greystone Suites I like the fact that parking lot was well lit. The property was somewhat remote / no other businesses around was a little bit concerning. Hotel was clean and organized, front desk was friendly. Breakfast selection was normal

Friendly staff at reception desk. Spacious room. Few of the toiletries were out in the shower, and by the time we noticed it was a little too late! The pillows could be a little nicer but the bed was comfy! We had a nonsmoking room but I could definitely smell lingering smoke on the furniture. Was it perfect? No. Did it serve our needs for a late night one night stay? Heck yeah. Will we be back? You bet.

The best part about this property is it is in the middle of nowhere. The facilities are older but you can tell there is a lot of workers that take pride in keeping it clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfy! The breakfast was good.

Stayed for one night. The hotel and room were clean. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The king bed was very comfy, but it does hold a lot of body heat. The AC in our room didnt really cool our room down a lot, but it also could have been because there was a large chair semi-in front it. Didnt wake up in time to get breakfast but did wake up to a lot of doors slamming shut. The doors are very heavy and loud. The fridge in the room worked nicely, the microwave was mid and it wouldve been nicer to have a bigger trashcan. Other than that, our stay was nice.
