Welcome to Sideline Sanctuary – Your Perfect Tuscaloosa Getaway!
This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is ideal for game days, family getaways, or weekend retreats near the University of Alabama.

The master suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Additional bedrooms include a queen and a full bed, with a shared full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy an open-concept living and dining area with a smart TV, perfect for streaming and relaxing. The home is stocked with games for added indoor fun. Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a covered patio and comfortable seating—great for tailgating, grilling, or unwinding after the game. Bring your pet, as this is a pet friendly property!

Located just 8.3 miles south of Bryant-Denny Stadium, Downtown Tuscaloosa, and local restaurants, Sideline Sanctuary offers comfort, convenience, and Crimson Tide charm!

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While visiting our son at BAMA, my family stayed here. It was filled with tons of the “little extras”- snacks, Qtips, plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, ziploc bags, etc! All things to welcome you and make it feel like you were home. The ranch style space made it easy for my husband, who just had foot surgery, get around and be comfortable! Fenched in backyard- perfect for our pup! Amazing location with grocery next door and quick access to UA campus! Clean bathrooms and kitchen! Spacious bedrooms! This will be our home away from home when in Tuscaloosa. The rental company answered every text within seconds. Super easy to check in and check out! Highly recommend.
