"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Very central location, clean and spacious rooms. Only 2 points to improve: breakfast is very simple and no towel hanger in the bathroom. Everything else is perfect."

"Clean, comfortable, warm; excellent restaurant with an amazing view. I highly recommend!"

"Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."

"Adam Bolek receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean room and bathrooms."

"OK"

"Nice stay during the Smetana Litomysl concert. All O.K."

"Nice hotel with comfortable location and nice service. Breakfast was generous and delicious."

"Great on site restaurant "

"This hotel is a 10 minute ride to downtown and the train station. The rooms are great, however there is no air conditioning, which was miserable in the heat of summer. Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down. They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...

"Was my 2nd time here and will be 3rd, 4th etc in the future. Really enjoyed. Recommend to others who have a plan to stay around Pardubice."

"Reception very good, problem solved immediately."

"The best of the best!!!!!! Specially the personal !!!!!!"

"Good place to stay for longer trips and if you want a more “feel at home stay”."

"Wonderful and warm welcome during our late arrival, Property is close to main square and bus station. They provided me with a gluten free bread and dairy free “vegan” butter for breakfast and the morning meal is really nicely prepared and presented on table. The room was cosy and beds were comfortable. "

"We stay here frequently and it’s the perfect base for Hradec Králové. The apartment is clean and spacious, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes."
