Limpeza impecável,atendimento da recepção excelente só tive um transtorno fiquei no quarto 04 ao lado do quarto d serviço q estava cm a porta cm problema e ao abrir fazia um barulho enorme sem contar q as camareiras quando dava 6:00 era um entra e sai nesse quarto de serviço com gargalhadas conversando alto até fiz a reclamação na recepção mais ficou pior pq as risadas e conversas aumentaram

Hotel novinho e confortável a beira mar.

Hotel novo, instalações excelentes, confortável. Equipe de funcionários muito cordial e atenta. Comida excelente do restaurante Casa de Juja. Muito bom para crianças, às sextas e sábados tem recreação infantil. Música ao vivo ao final da tarde na beira da piscina é um show a parte.

Bom quarto, café da manhã caótico.

O quarto estava limpo e a equipe foi atenciosa, pontos que merecem reconhecimento. Entretanto, o serviço de bar e restaurante é insatisfatório. O café da manhã é desorganizado: os pedidos demoram a ser entregues, e há apenas uma pessoa responsável por preparar tapiocas e omeletes em um fogão de uma única boca, o que inviabiliza atender à demanda. Além disso, após a longa espera, os poucos garçons chamam o nome dos hóspedes em voz alta, no meio do restaurante, para entregar os pedidos — muitas vezes a pessoa já desistiu, o que gera ainda mais confusão. Esse conjunto de falhas compromete de forma significativa a experiência do hóspede.

Local muito bonito e tranquilo. Comida muito gostoda e um café da manha muito bom. Os pontos negativos sao: a internet, os travesseiros - muito desconfortáveis e um odor que exala do banheiro.

Adoramos a estadia, porém no restaurante turno do jantar, não tivemos um bom atendimento, não sabiam o que significa a cor da pulseira (jantar incluído). O garçom ficou meio chateado ao ter que buscar o cardápio correspondente ao pacote comprado e também a comida não estava boa. Portanto, acho que podem melhorar nesse quesito. Também senti falta de poder fazer upgrad do quarto no check in, cheguei a comentar na recepção, mas a mesma informou que não era possível.

Hotel excelente, poucos pontos de melhora!

Achei o resort muito familiar, confortável e bem localizado em frente à praia. Estávamos em 3 adultos e 1 criança de 3 anos - Sobre o quarto, bem espaçoso e com uma sacada com rede. Para mim o ponto fraco do quarto foi o chuveiro, agua com pouca pressão, o que foi ruim para lavar o cabelo. - Restaurante almoço e jantar bem servidos, mas o café da manhã achei bem diferente das fotos postadas nas redes sociais, estava desorganizado. Uber não funciona na região, tem que usar um aplicativo local.
