Owner is making progress with his renovation. No ice machine, no breakfast, no soda machine, no Kleenex in room. Priced a little high for what you get but rooms were clean

Thank you for your review. We do provide Kleenex box in all our rooms but might have forgotten, you can ask us we would have provided. We don’t have ice machine but we also told you when you need ice please let us know we can provide from our fridge. On the Expedia page we clearly advertise we don’t provide breakfast and all our rates are available as well ,as there is commission that must be paid our rates are higher online.

The only complaint was that there should be more garbage areas on grassy areas near tables.

We were happy with our stay. It was easy to find and check in was very pleasant. The room was clean and just what we required. There was a little fridge and a microwave.The view from the window was the lake and the great playground for children. Our grandsons would love it there! The cost was reasonable and we would recommend it for a little getaway without breaking the bank.

Very clean, well kept, beautiful view of lake right from room and very close to public park with playground for children, as well as restaurants and convenience stores/gas etc. Ideal parking right in front of room. Friendly owner or manager. Retro bathtub colour! Only drawback was bed linen. The top bedspread was not very comfortable.

The property is right in Tweed and beside a beautiful lake, with a park next door. There is also a good Indian restaurant just up the street, Tweed Desi. The rooms are typical motel rooms, but very clean and the furnishings are well designed and pretty new.
