"Good room, air con was a bit temperamental though. Food was okay. Staff were attentive and helpful, however they quoted us well above the price other tours offered for activities, so we went with another provider down the road."
"Overall property was pretty good with garden area and outside dining. Food was acceptable. Off the main road and so less dust and traffic noise. Fan and AC unit worked. Room not as clean as it should be.
Main problem, they had screen doors on each room which made a loud banging noise every time they were closed. With about 20 rooms that can make for a lot of unpleasant noise especially at all hours of the night. Also lots of people were smoking in all of the nice outside areas, not in the rooms...

I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. "This hotel is a convenient stay for anyone who need to stay near the city premises. the resort is nicely done and good swimming pool. the hotel staff is very supportive and quick check-in. However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "
"Dingy room with dirty bedsheets, torn curtains, the fan did not work nor did the air conditioner and NO HOT WATER. One of the shabbiest places I have ever come across."
