Located in a brand new corporate neighborhood on the west side of town near the hospital and Xavier Charter School, these upscale townhomes were built specifically for short term rentals. They include many amenities you wouldn't expect to find on the road, but that's because we are travelers, too.

This unit, 1087A, is a full Kitchen unit complete with 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and a kitchen / living room as well as a fully fenced and private backyard.

Great stay
Property was very clean, comfortable, and great for pets! Communication with the property owner is very good. Check in process super easy. Having a true “pet friendly” place to stay is so much appreciated when we travel with our fur babies. Fenced yard! Will stay again when traveling through Twin Falls!

Very Nice Place
The unit was very nice and clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice fenced yard for our dogs. We expected a king bed based on the listing, however, arrived to find a queen. We contacted Steve and the issue was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place.

Twin Falls Oasis
Thoughtful, well designed, restful and easily accessed suite in quiet neighborhood. Little touches revealed the hosts interest in his guests. Easy access to rim sites, canyon overlook, excellent restaurants and more. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Stephen!

Great stay
We were just passing through for one night - but we highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Twin Falls. Every detail had been carefully thought of - comfortable furniture, great mattress, fully stocked kitchen, great backyard to enjoy the warm evening, dog friendly and excellent location to see some of the sights. And everything was exceptionally clean. Can’t ask for more in a VRBO.

Completely exceeded my expectations
This was one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this property. The only guidance I would provide is that if you need two beds, make sure one person is agile enough to climb to the top bunk. Otherwise, everything was immaculately clean, comfortable, and extremely well thought out. Kudos to the hosts!

Clean, safe condo with no surprise chore list or fees!!!
I really enjoyed my stay here in Twin Falls. I came to hike in the local state parks in the early morning and relax in the afternoons. This location was just great for that. There was plenty of hiking in the area and plenty of evening TV entertainment. The kitchen had the tools I needed and everything was in good condition. The unit was clean and plenty of towels, pillows and blankets were provided. This place is easy to find and parking is easy. The neighborhood is nice and friendly for taking you or your dog for a walk. The unit and area are quiet. The photos provided are accurate. Check-in details are provided in advance. Management is responsive to questions. I have grown to expect disappointing rentals, and this wasn't like the typical experience these days at all. I would absolutely stay here again and seek this specific company if in their area in the future.
