    the basement can be rented for a larger group... fully stocked kitchen to cook even the largest meals, smart TVs in every room, doggy door to the front, fully fenced front yard all to yourself , the back yard is for the downstairs unit although you can access it for taking out the trash to the alley bin. This home uses a privacy-safe device that monitors indoor air quality including mold and carbon monoxide, smoking and noise decibel to keep the space safe and healthy for guests
