Location, clean room. Not sure why there is an additional $10 charge after we checked out.

The oceanfront room had amazing views, but it was difficult to enjoy them because the music was blasting from late morning until about 11 pm, making even talking on the balcony difficult, let alone enjoying the sound of the ocean. The pot smokers on their balconies made the quiet morning hours before the music difficult to enjoy as well. So, if you are looking for relaxing ocean views, this might not be it. However, if you are going for a party-all-day vibe, this is definitely your place. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. Plenty of snack/food/bar options at the hotel and nearby.
