Very clean and comfortable, we'll stocked kitchen and a small collection of children's books and toys. Great view of ships arriving and leaving from 2 harbors! Quite a few spider weeks on the deck.

Cobwebs and dust on light fixtures & sprinklers. Kitchen appliances need updating. As with most rentals edges of floors in showers and bathroom not cleaned well. View was incredible, bed comfortable, & I appreciated the updated living room furniture.
