"I picked one of the colored rooms on the site but sadly got a different one, the staff sadly just tried to fill up the first rooms and move from there to fill the others instead of giving more space. the location is great but the rest is normal. too many people walking around so they removed my clothes from the windows where i tried to dry them"

"The hotel does not correspond to 5-star. I noticed many things that cause doubt and deep surprise... P.S. I will write a separate complaint about the shortcomings in detail, it is enough to state one episode - on July 22 there was no water supply in the hotel for more than 6 hours."

"Great apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future."
