"Excellent property, great kitchen, amazing wi-fi speed and good access to Byron Bay. Aircon in the bedrooms was fantastic and the layout and look/cleanliness of the property was enjoyable.The only 2 things that stood out otherwise was that the heater in the lounge was not adequate to heat the lounge/kitchen fully on cold nights, even when left on for a couple of hours. Additionally, while the queen bed was comfy/excellent, the single bed mattress was not good. Way too thick, far too soft and foamy and made it difficult to sleep without having the normal mattress springs. Otherwise, fantastic overall. "
