Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers a 50" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO. The City of Tybee does not allow smoking on the beaches.

Very clean condo with awesome views. Convenient to restaurants and attractions. On-site resident manager that ensures guests follow the rules. Great close access to the beach. Can see dolphins from the balcony and it was interesting to see the ships pass by. Overall, a great time and value.

The view from the balcony was outstanding. Management staff was friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo had the essentials although we didn’t cook. Interior was very clean and slightly dated. The condo was quiet and the pool was well maintained.

Perfect Location

If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Enjoyed walking to restaurants and listening to Live Music, a tasty, convenient coffee shop and Chamacos Tacos was a hidden treasure.

First trip to Tybee

Perfect stay for 2 people. Beautiful ocean view. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins from the 3rd floor balcony. They were swimming around the shrimp boats. This is the only place we will stay on our next trip.

Perfect Hideaway

This condo is the perfect place for a couple to stay in a quiet little corner away from crowds. The bed is comfortable, the view is lovely, and beach walks or bike rides or reading can fill your day.

Overall very clean and nice condo. They need to do something with the ants on the deck at the pool. Seemed to get bitten if not on concrete.

Nice view and location.

The property is located at a nice, quiet location on the top floor, with views of the water. It is just steps from the beach. The unit is rather small, and is in need of some TLC. The check in process is very straight forward and the property manager is very responsive. There is a nice dive bar (Huck A Poos) within walking distance with reasonably priced drinks and food and excellent pizza.

Wonderful Property with Amazing Ocean View

This property and its location exceeded my expectations! The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Location of the condo was close to many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away to the beach. Tybee Island is an amazing place to visit and I can’t wait to return!

The building is run down and creaky. The seemingly new paint was cracked and walls bulging. It was creaky and scary when stepping in the shower which badly needed soap scum removed. The bed made loud noise with any move and my back now hurts after sleeping in it. However, the sheets did appear clean. I didn't feel comfortable in the living room after dark because the room faced a building and the curtains were see through. The view of water was good and saw ships and dolphins. Property manager was prompt in responses. But, I would not stay again.

Condo was just perfect for the two of us. Great locations- close enough to restaurants and things to do but far enough away for peace and quiet. Nice to sit on the balcony watching dolphins, ships, and the water

Great view

The unit we stayed at was dated but well maintained and clean. The view and location amazing. The view was amazing because there was not a day that went by that we did not see dolphins swimming. The location is because it’s not downtown with the hustle & bustle for tour season.

Very relaxing. We were on the balcony every day/night enjoying the view and listening to the waves. Condo was cute and well furnished. Hostess easy to reach. And Savannah is a quick drive with tons to do.

Great place to relax

My husband and I enjoyed this cute little condo. Very clean and just as described. Tybee Island is a great place to stay. Our only complaint was there was construction going on while there (the whole place was being painted) and the halls were a mess. Would have liked a laundry room on the third floor as well. Host was very helpful and on top of things. Really happy with the unit. Thank you.

Tybee and Savannah adventure

Enjoyed the quiet relaxation of the island with the beautiful view of the ocean and the historical tours in Savannah. Especially enjoyed the Segway tour and jump on and off bus tour. The Segway guide went above and beyond by tracking us down later with a missing backpack!

Tybee island condo

Perfect location. Very clean easy check in and check out. Only thing I could say is they need a new lock for the door the key needs to manipulated a lot back and forth to get the door to open. Otherwise excellent for the price.
