This property is a duplex. This is the listing for the downstairs unit. There may be guests staying above you during your stay. There is a private entrance and patio. We stayed here for a birthday trip and had the best time. Very clean, close to the beach and pier, and stores and restaurants. Walked to everything. Perfect location.
This place is absolutely wonderful. Very centrally located, you do not even have to move your car if you don’t want to. Walking distance to “tons of fun”. The hosts are very quick to respond. Top marks across the board!
First time to Tybee. The location of the unit is close to everything which is nice. Be aware, however, that this is a duplex and you can hear people above you if they are noisy. The layout of the unit offers families privacy, which is nice. Parking is good.
Great rental with an awesome location. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of Unit A. I loved the pics of the property before the reno. The upgrades were excellent. We were less than a block away from the beach and easily walked down each morning to watch the sunrise. Izlar is one street over from shopping and restaurants and two streets from the pavilion.
Great place to stay!! We had extended family and everyone enjoyed our visit. It’s close to everything, and our communication with the host was always quick and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
We loved our stay! We had so much fun in Tybee Island. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The pool was also so nice at night.
