This stylish Beachfront Condominium in Brass Rail Villas, the premier place to stay on Tybee Island, is a gated community with a large living area featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Our condo's chic interior was decorated by professional designers that you will love.

We have a NO CONTACT policy for all our guests at check-in & check-out.

Our Continued Commitment to Cleanliness and Safety - The housekeeping Team members have been properly trained to clean our condo. We thoroughly research all products and chemicals to ensure that we clean our condo to the highest standard, following recommendations from the CDC. Before guests arrive, our team will sanitize and disinfect all areas, including bathrooms and "high-touch" points on the property. Per the CDC and EPA, the disinfectants and sanitizers our housekeeping team uses can help contain and prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses. Our trained housekeeping staff uses the best hygiene practices at all times. The safety of our guests and housekeeping staff is our top priority.

We have two luxurious, refreshing pools and a large hot tub on site - both are steps from the front door. The covered balcony overlooks one of the pools & is the perfect place to relax in the shade.

Our condo has two covered parking spaces next to a private elevator for easy access to Unit 319. Brass Rail Villas is a gated community & is heavily monitored for your safety & security.

When you rent our condo, you can access a private storage room for all your beach gear in the parking area. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and plenty of sand toys for the kids. Guests at Latitude Adjustment 319 will have 2 Beach Cruisers provided to bike through Tybee in style!

We are 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and a short walk to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants, and signature shopping areas.

The plush, elegant main bedroom has a king-size bed and a 42-inch LED TV with a DVD player. It includes an entrance to the condo's private balcony overlooking one of the relaxing swimming pools. The main bathroom has two vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Enjoy your vacation in a spa-like atmosphere.

One guest room has a queen-sized bed with a 42-inch TV and DVD player, while the third bedroom has two twin beds and a 32-inch LED TV. All bedrooms are equipped with Roku/SmartTVs for all streaming needs.

All the beds include plush mattress toppers for the ultimate comfort while relaxing on your vacation.

The state-of-the-art kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

The condo features an open floor plan for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Our living room features a new 55-inch QLED Smart TV and a BlueRay player for our guest's entertainment. The living room is also your gateway to the beautiful views from the balcony. The large balcony has a spacious sitting area to enjoy the breathtaking views and the salty airs of your beach-side retreat.

The stylish dining room seats 8 people, plus 3 barstools for additional seating at the bar overlooking the modern kitchen.

This condo features bamboo hardwood floors throughout to allow less time worrying about sand and more time to enjoy the vacation with your family.

Other essential amenities in the condo include a new full-size washer & dryer, Keurig, Coffee Pot, WiFi, child's pack-n-play, a highchair, and a brand-new gas grill. We also have two inflatable beds available for use.

Delicious food, a beautiful beach, entertainment, and shopping are right around the corner. Almost everything on the Island is within walking distance from our condo! Some excellent local cuisine and hole-in-the-wall gems are available at your convenience.

Tybee Island is only a 20-minute drive to Historic Savannah, River Street, and City Market. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation while accessing Savannah, GA's beautiful and historic city.

Please know there is NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED & NO HOUSE PARTIES. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

We loved the condo! It had everything we needed for our family and friends get away. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A second hot tub would have been nice, since it was always filled with kids, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was our first visit to Tybee Island and staying at the Brassrail. The booking and check-in process was super easy!! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect condo and beach access

Our family enjoyed this condo very much! Everything was listed accurately and the elevator is right next to the parking spot and the actual condo door. The walk to the beach is very easy on a quiet street.

The condo was everything we had expected. Scott was great to work with, he answered every question quickly. The decor of the condo was very nice. The bed slept so good. So close to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo is very nice and is able to accommodate 4 people very easily. Two full baths were great so no one had to wait. It is close to great restaurants and Savannah. The beach is very close and easy to walk to. We all felt very safe. Especially since the complex is gated. Would definitely stay there again!

Great getaway for long weekend or vacation

Visited Tybee for a long weekend 17-20 May 2013. This condo was beyond our expectations, clean and very spacious! Great location to the beach and resturants. I will return to this property in the future and highly recommend it to my friends. The condo was spacious with the feel of being at home. My doughters have never been to Tybee but now are asking when we can return. The whole atmospher of the beach town is friendly and laid back allowing for a great visit.

Great property!

This property had everything our large family needed! Great location close to shops and restaurants and very clean. Having never been to Tybee Island before I think I misunderstood the “beachfront” as I was expecting it to have views of the ocean and be directly on the beach but access was a short walk away and it didn’t look like many properties were actual beachfront. Overall, it was a great stay and we loved the quaint island. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Awesome stay!

This place was the absolute best! So many little extras that other condos don’t give. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc for our entire 4 day stay! Not just one roll of each to “get you started”. So very clean and nicely decorated and the owners were so easy and accommodating to work with. Walk to the beach not bad at all. We would most definitely stay here again!
