    Easy, Single-Level Living: As the home's ground-level apartment, Landing puts everything on one floor: no stairs to climb with beach chairs, coolers, or groceries in hand. Step inside to a bright, comfortable living space styled in relaxed coastal fashion, with large windows that pull in the island light and an open feel that makes the cottage live larger than its footprint.

    Walk to the Beach in Minutes: One of the best parts of staying here is how quickly you can have your toes in the sand. In just a few minutes on foot you can catch sunrise over the Atlantic, spend the afternoon swimming and soaking up the sun, then wander home to unwind on the large screened-in porch with sweet tea or a sunset drink as the breeze rolls through the trees.

Best Tybee Cottage EVER!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute beach themed cottage with everything I could need for a month long stay! Decor was so appropriate! So convenient to the beach and restaurants! Loved staying there. Oh - and the screened in porch was beyond perfect for relaxing! Management was very helpful anytime I had a question!

Very roomy, great location for the beach, screened in porch excellent, kitchen well stocked pans etc, washer and dryer a plus, comfortable king bed, parking good, my only complaint is it is an older home with a musky scent, very strong when you first enter.

We did notify and someone was sent out but it didn't fix the problem, and no one ever followed up but other than that, the cottage was perfect.
