This beautiful newly listed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at the beautiful south end of Tybee. The end of the island and the prettiest part. This unit has been newly remodeled. You walk in and see Dining Room that seats 4 and also countertop seating for 2. The Living Room has a sofa and 2 chairs and TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a lovely glass back splash. Bright cheery and lovely furnishings through out the condo. 1 bedroom has two full size beds with TV. The other is master with a queen size bed with lovely bathroom. The porch is amazing and cutely furnished. Great place to unwind after a day at the beach!

Weekend getaway!

The property was very cute and perfect for two couples! Melissa was extremely sweet and informative about the rental! We loved the bery close proximity to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Great Getaway

Girlfriends trip to Tybee. Melissa was great and very easy to work with. Home was wonderland in a great location. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants! Loved our stay and woukd stay again 🏖🏖🏖

Wish we had stayed longer

Clean, well stocked with everything for a home away from home. Location was amazing…maybe a block to the ocean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. I wish our stay had been longer and would stay again when we return to Tybee Island

Great tybee rental

We go to tybee a few times a year. We stay all over the island as I like north beach but my wife and kids like to be near mid south beach. This location was by far the best accommodations we have had on this end of the island. We would stay here again without heaitation.

Love the beach life!

Very nice beach styled condo within a short walk to the beach! We had a great stay here while moving our daughter into her SCAD dorm. We wanted to enjoy the beach area outside Savannah and this was absolutely perfect. We had zero problems during our stay. The beds were very comfortable! We will definitely look this place up again when visiting!

Nice accommodations

Pros: Very nice 2 bedroom condo. Clean and in good condition. Kitchen served our purposes for breakfasts and some easy dinners. Beds pretty comfortable, pillows were just ok. Nice to have washer and dryer in condo with detergent and dryer sheets available. Very easy walk to the beach and location close to all south end bars and shops. Cons: can easily hear neighbors and the cooling unit will not cool below 72 degrees.

Tybee Weekend for Michelle’s Birthday

We went to Tybee for the Pirate Festival to celebrate Michelle’s birthday. We loved the condo. It is clean and decorated really nice. Mellisa was very nice and did a great job communicating with us. We will love to stay again here or at one of her other places.

Short beach getaway

The property was like it appeared on the internet. It was well appointed with dishes, glasses, towels, bathroom necessities and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well. We were happily let in the condo early. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful!!

My sister, brother and I stayed at your lovely rental. It had everything we needed and more! Beds were comfy, plenty of space and the showers had fantastic pressure. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Loved the daiquiri bar! We got there the day they had the Beach Bum parade which was SO much fun to watch! The balcony has comfortable seating and we enjoyed the family next door. Such an easy process checking in and checking out. I would recommend this property for sure!!! We will be back!

Tybee vacay

The place is nice i wish it had a couch with recliners so you could sit and relax and watch tv comfortably if the weather is bad but that’s just me the part I wasn’t pleased with was the listing says queen size bed in the main bedroom and it is a full size when I look at a listing I pull up king and queen beds. I would have never looked at this listing because I want to be comfortable on vacation so this upset me when we got there but what can you do at that point.

Cute Beach Condo with Amazing Sunrises and Sunsets!

My two girlfriends and I LOVED the condo. It was perfect for our long weekend at Tybee Island. We had everything we needed: Beach towels, beach chairs and fully furnished and everything we needed in the bathroom too! The Cute Condo is a very short walk to the beach and the sunrises are AMAZING! It was family friendly environment too. We walked about 20minutes to the other side (the West side) of the island and the Sunset was breathtaking. The property Manager, Melissa, was sooo helpful! She was so nice. Melissa was eager to help us and very knowledgeable on where to eat on the Isalnd. We will definitely recommend this cute beachy condo to all our friends. We will be back!! :)

Girls trip

This place was amazing! Great location, clean. Just some notes that would have helped me when i was looking for places. Great shower pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash not included (i thought it was based on another review), lots of beach towels, beach chairs not included (they were very hard to rent @ beach). Current selection of books & games. Lovely veranda. Kitchen sink water not very hot. No access to broom/mop so if you spill something it is impossible to clean up after yourself. These are not negative features (this place was pretty perfect) just things that would have helped me & I hope it helps others. but no beach chairs (left byguests)

Not treated as a guest

The property was fine and in close proximity of the beach. Was able to watch the sunrise each morning and it was beautiful. However, there are a few things to mention regarding the property management. It could have used a few little extras. Be sure to take extra toilet paper because there may not be enough if you stay more than 2 days, we were there for four and had to go get our own. Basically, you aren't supposed to touch anything or use up what little there is to use and don't do anything to make yourself comfortable there are restrictions on the thermostat. So, if you are hot natured this is not the place for you. 9.8 out of 10 was the reason we booked this property but our overall experience would not rank anywhere near a 9.
