Experience the seaside splendor at Sandpiper 302 - a top floor oceanfront condo situated on the Southern end of Tybee Island. Take in breathtaking views of the pier and beach right from your own private balcony, accessible from the living area and the primary bedroom. Enjoy sunrise sights with a morning cup of coffee, or simply stroll the shore via the public beach access just a steps away! The opportunities for rest and relaxation are endless at Sandpiper 302.
Step into the inviting open living area, where you'll find plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Sink into the plush seating and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The dining area is furnished with a table that seats six. And the fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a handy dishwasher, and additional seating at the breakfast bar for two.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached bath has a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King-size bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen size beds. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, up to 2 dogs.
About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events and fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

The property is well kept , the location is awsome , the only compliant was the parking.The parking spaces are tight & hard to get into , but overall the place is awsome
Super comfy king bed & pillows in the master bedroom. Plenty of pillows, blankets and bath/kitchen towels. Kitchen has the necessities you need to cook & eat-in. Comfortable living room space and we loved the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean.In the heart of restaurants & shopping - walkable to everything you need! Also in the heart of the nightlife (a little loud on Friday night, but it wasn’t sleep prohibitive for us).Couple of things we are used to seeing is starter coffee or tea - but there was absolutely nothing. Not even filters from previous renters. Also, no hotel-like shampoo or lotion. There was plenty of bar soap though. Property Management was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location. Could use some upgrades. Needs more kitchen items. Blinds in master were broken. Elevator needs to be fixed.

Condo was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Only 2 areas for improvement, shower water pressure not very good and all beds were very firm. Other than that location is awesome, price is reasonable, furnishings seem updated and clean rooms. Photo taken from balcony. 302 was all we expected n more.
The condo was very nice and well situated for our needs.
I would recommend improving the quality of the paper products I e paper towels, toilet appear and include some tissues. It also would be nice to have some coffee to get you started when you arrive.
Great location, easy check in and check out. Leak in one of the bathrooms, the floor would randomly have water in it. Sitting area furniture could use updating but very nice place
Unit was roomy in common areas. Beds were comfortable. The TV was a mystery, no instructions on operation and batteries in the remotes were dead. Restaurants are within walking distance.
Winter getaway for a family of four adults. Well maintained and appointed unit with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Short walking distance to restaurants/bars/Beach/Pier. Recommended...
The property was great. It was spacious and clean with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, just across the public parking lot. The only downside (or upside, depending on your preferences) was that it was in the middle of all the action. That’s great during the day, but Expect drunken yelling outside the master (the kids never heard it) at 2 or 3 am every day. I think the only night we didn’t get that there was a storm. Other than that, it was outstanding.

Wonderful! My 3rd year in a row staying there and my family loves it! Room for us all and not all crammed together! Best location, we never even get back in the car. Look forward to next year!
Great location and very spacious for all of us.
Decor very basic but worked for us.
Enjoyed the gated and covered parking and the very easy beach access.
We all agreed the mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable king and queen.
Kids said their twins were fine.

The picture uploaded was taken Easter morning from our balcony. Our families stay at Sandpiper 302 was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Close to the beach with amazing sunrise views. This was our exchange students first trip to Tybee Island and it will surely always be a memorable trip for us all!
