About this property

Gorgeous 3-bedroom penthouse-shared oceanview roof top pool. 1 block from ocean

  • Beautiful top floor corner unit condo is steps from the roof top ocean view pool.  This penthouse has it all.  The nicely appointed kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area.  The breakfast bar accomodates 2 while the dining table seats 6 comfortably.

    The living area has comfy seating with access to a large covered balcony with table and chairs.  The first bedroom features a king bed and attached bath with walk in shower.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with an attached balcony.  Bedroom 3 has a king bed. 

    Each bedroom has a TV.  There is WiFi thru out.  The 2nd full bath as off the hallway,  The washer dryer is also off the hallway.

    There are two assigned parking spaces and an elevator deliveres you directly to your front door.

    The roof top pool offers has chaise lounges and ocean views.

    Please note, the two assigned parking spaces are shotgun.  The garage access is limited to a maximum vehicle height of 6'5''.
