The units were nice and spacious enough for our group of 10 (including 4 kids). Short drive to Tybee beaches and into Savannah. While the following information is in the fine print of this listing please note*** “heated pool access” is NOT onsite and you will have to drive to the available pool. There is a pool on site but it is not the one listed nor will you have access. Additionally, this is a 3 separate unit listing. That worked out fine for our family but I could see that being an issue for others depending on the group. Overall, it was a nice place but I would likely stay elsewhere next time I visit.
Perfect set up for our group of youthful grandparents (2), adult couples (3), single adult, and 3 children 7 and under. This was the perfect configuration (all 3 El Rey units) and location.
We had the whole building. Very nice and spacious rooms. Our stay was Beautiful!

Rooms were very nice. Misleading advertisement as we didn't know that they were completely separate from each other and were part of the real estate office building.
Rented out the entire unit to celebrate my birthday with some friends. The site didn’t give a clear concept of the layout of the rental. The place was very nice, clean, and spacious. 2 cons worth mentioning.....
1. The vacation home sits right off the street. The front door is unlocked the entire time. The unit does not have safety locks nor latches. Access to unit requires codes- we wasn’t sure who else had the codes; lil alarming.
2. poor communication with after hours management. One of the unit heater broke; which caused an uncomfortable night. Tried to contact someone, no one was available until the next morning. The day time staff was very helpful; he/she reached out to maintenance right away. Maintenance was very professional and courteous.

Our accommodations were lovely and the units were nice and spacious. We were a little bummed that we couldn't get to the little observation deck near the water but had a nice view from our windows to watch the wildlife (granddaughters favorite). We totally understand that there's work being done and safety is the main priority. The staff was lovely and not a bother at all, which was very nice. They politely mentioned the sofa bed needing repair during our stay but were also kind enough to handle that after our departure, as we were not going to need it while we were there. It was great having a unit on the main level since my dad and step mom can't do steps very well, so having that main level property worked out perfectly. Our only complaint would be the water pressure, which we understand the water conservation as well but the shower heads could be changed to make the pressure there much better. Especially for those of us with long, thick hair. I literally had to turn off the shower and lay in the tub under the faucet to rinse my hair to get all the shampoo and conditioner out because there wasn't enough water coming from the shower head to do so. That was very aggravating. The only other thing I would mention, and I really don't know that you can do anything about it, is the road and outside noise in unit 3, from the window in the main bedroom. It's so very loud, especially at night. Otherwise, every person in our party was very pleased with everything.
We really loved the location of the property and really appreciated the short trip into downtown Savannah. We only had one complaint with the entire trip and that was the carpet in the bedrooms was uncomfortable especially after having been walking most of the day. Everything else was spectacular and really enjoyable.
We really didn’t have any problems with the rental other than the rentals were not connected which was overcome. The WI-Fi wasn’t dependable. COVID was an issue. The rental was good and the rental company was extremely helpful.

Amazing Tybee Escape
We rented all three units and each of the units were clean and absolutely beautiful. Fully stocked and the team responses immediately when needed. The location was great, close to everything. We can't wait to come out to Tybee again.
