Beautiful, popular condo less than 1/2 block from the beach. This condo consists of the entire top floor of the Coral House and is completely separate, with private entrance & parking.

Large balcony, dog friendly, fast WiFi, cable, smart 50” TV, full kitchen & most basic essentials provided. Free off street parking. Charcoal grill & laundry. Less than a block from restaurants, stores & the beach. 3 blocks from Tybee’s famous lighthouse.

• This condo is completely separate and private, occupying the entire upper floor of a larger property, with private parking, porch, balcony, and outdoor entrance.
• Starting summer 2025, a new home is being built next-door.
• The laundry room is located at the back of the house and is used by all three condos.
• The condo entrance has about 25 steps. 1/2 of those lead to the porch.
• Conveniently located 1/2 block from two beach access points, with the access on 2nd St. recommended for ease.
• Free parking for two cars is available. Several metered spots are nearby for parking before check-in or after check out
• This is not a beachfront property; the balcony offers a partial ocean view, panoramic view obstructed by palm trees and nearby homes.
• Please see Tybee's beach rules for current policies regarding dogs.
• Beach supplies provided include a cooler, beach wagon, and beach chairs; guests should bring their beach towels, umbrellas, charcoal, and any food-related items.
• The condo does not have blackout curtains; the existing blinds allow some light through.

Really nice spot! Close to many delicious restaurants, right across the street from the ice cream and candy shop, and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. We will likely be back to Tybee, and if we do come back, I'd be happy to stay here again.

Beach Bum Vacation

Stayed at this property before but the top floor has a beautiful balcony with a beach view. Probably will rent the top floor again. It was perfect for a family of 4. Had a great time!

Great place!

The cottage was great and had everything we needed. Loved that it had a porch. Proximity to the beach was awesome - just a couple minute walk to a really nice uncrowded (may be due to the time of year) beach. It is on the corner of the main road (80) through the island but it provided easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

Ideal for walking to pier, lighthouse, and restaurants. No road noise and quiet neighbors during our January visit a bonus. Would reserve again.

Location is perfect!

Overall, our stay was great! We loved the location of this property. You can walk to anything you need, and the beach is just steps away. The porch was amazing! Ted was very easy to get in touch with if anything is needed. Very cute place! Comfortable beds too!

Weekend Get Away

We booked this as a get away with our adult daughter. My husband has been going through bone cancer and we needed some family time. the location was excellent, was quite and a great set up. they had everything we could need for the beach. the beds were incredibly comfortable. Can't find anything negative to say. We are already planning a trip for the fall to go back.

One of the nicest places we have stayed

This upstairs unit was clean, well-furnished and close to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and tihs was one of the nicest. The owners even provided coffee and filters! 16 steps from the ground to the unit Parking for one car Across the street from ice cream shop

Great time at this beautiful place

Tybee is a favorite quick getaway for us and our teenage daughter. Coral house is beautiful and uplifting from the outside and just as charming inside. Check in could not have been easier as all the directions and info included everything we needed to know. It was super clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to the beach with walkable stores, local park, food , and icecream! We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

We loved how close this property was to everything. Sad the Tybee Island beach isn’t dog-friendly. But that’s got nothing to do with this place, which was great. Seamless check in and out.

Always Perfect!

We have been to Tybee 5 times and only ever stay in a property that is belong to Ted and Matthew. They are always perfect! Clean, well stocked, and perfectly maintained. This trip was no different. I look forward to our next visit!

Second visit to the Peach Penthouse

Our week was perfect just as we planned. The location of this condo is perfect … I stayed here about ten years ago and I was so glad to happen upon the same listing. The proximity to the beach AND all the happenings in Savannah … five stars. This bright, spacious “home” is exactly what we wanted and our week … including one “Hurricane Idalia” day, was perfect!

Excellent apartment, beautiful location

Apartment is thoughtfully appointed, very clean, elegant decor, very quiet location: within a block of the pier/boardwalk leading to the Northgate beach, also within short walk of canal walk leading to park which is great for responsible dog-walking. Also along canal, spotted family of egrets, and many butterflies. The northern beach is lovely for walking the shore, both high and low tides, clean sand, well-maintained dunes, loved the views of lighthouse, and cargo-container-ships very close, as well as very entertaining kite-surfers, plus even witnessed a beach wedding!

Tree Top

Loved the tree house feel to this second story unit. It was very cozy, bright and well appointed. Even though this unit is right off the main highway it was very quiet and conveniently located to restaurants and services. The back porch/balcony was a great space to hang out and relax at the end of our day. Laundry services at the back of the house was definitely a plus! We were totally surprised by how close the beach was - just a few short blocks down the street and marked really well. Staying here was a great way to end our Savanah trip and would stay here again if we found ourselves in the area. We'll be recommending this property to our friends!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time. We were at the top part of the condo and it was just breathtaking! We got there late but honestly it was wonderful! Anytime I messaged Ted was extremely quick to respond and we had no trouble with communication at all! It was very very clean and the location was perfect! Pretty easy to find and about 15 minutes away from everywhere we went. It was so beautiful and so calming and the beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely love to come back! For it being my first time it was definitely for everything! I love it! The only issue we had was the neighbors under us parked their cars in our spot and in their own spot so we had to park on the street.
