As soon as you walk in the mini-split cover is open and wires are hanging out. When we turned it on it was leaking so had to put a tea pitcher under it to collect the water. The lamp was on the floor by the wall and the end table was in the kitchen. It was overwhelming with the chaos of things thrown around. The pullout couch is stained and disgusting. The pillows on the bed were also disgustimg and dingy the ones in the drawer were stained. Dirty towels were thrown under the bathroom sink. There is absolutely no view of the ocean from the room, the only window shows the hallway. There aren't any directions to get anywhere and the rental office is only open until 5. You have to rely on other guests to figure out what your doing. Getting to the ocean is quite a walk if the pool is not open. Definitely would not recommend especially if you're elderly or have issues with walking. The condo is in definte need of repairs. The host is fairly easy to get ahold of.
