Sandy Toes! King Bed - Newly Renovated - Clean

This is a first floor side condo. You have a great pool view and pretty water view beyond the pool. The location of Sandy Toes is great! It's located in building A which is our larger building. The handicap access is also right across from our door. The beachfront pool is about 100 feet from this condo and the beach boardwalk runs along side of the pool.

New king size bed is super comfy. The living room furniture is also quite comfortable. You have large sofa and swivel chair. There is dining for two by the window to the balcony.

You have a 43 inch TV with Blu Ray player where you can get Netflix, Hulu and a variety of other perks wherever you have an account. The bedroom TV is 24 inch. There is also private secure wifi in the condo.

You will find DVDs and CDs in the top drawer of the living room cabinet. Also on the cabinet is a CD player. There is a charging station that will charge up to four devices at once. Just bring your USB cable.

Please note - there is only one parking space provided with this condo. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

Beach Warnings:
- Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach.
- Do not touch or go near sea turtles or their nests.
(large fines imposed for both these things)

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed our stay at your home. Location was wonderful. Condo was very nice - colors, furnishings, towels. Having beach chairs and umbrella was added bonus. Would stay again if come back to Tybee.

Perfect!

The condo and property worked out perfectly for us. We enjoyed the pool. beach, many restaurants and shops on Tybee, a few of which were in walking distance, as well as its proximity to Savannah. We would definitely recommend Sandy Toes" to any couple looking to visit Savannah and Tybee Island.

Best time ever

It was perfect place for a weekend getaway for two! A nice comfy home away from home. I saw how close the beach was on the listing but still couldn't believe it when I saw it for myself. Great water pressure in the shower, which is always wonderful. So close to so much great food too. Best vacation ever for us. myself.

Perfect spot!!

This was the cutest little place, and perfect for a quick getaway! We were able to walk to get delicious food and see cute little shops. The beach was so nice and quiet allowing us time to just relax. We will definitely be making a point to stay at Sandy Toes in Tybee again!

This was a very clean property. We liked staying on the quiet part of Tybee beach and being close to Savannah. The unit is very small if you need space but it was fine for us.

Sandy Toes!

Over-all the location is great, easy access to all Tybee has to offer. Close to shops, restaurants, beach, etc.. The resort private was great if you want to stay away from crowds. Communication with the owner was great, Cheryl responded to any questions very quickly. I would recommend Sandy Toes to all my friends.

Spring getaway

This is my second year at this condo, and I can highly recommend it. The owner is accessible and communicated very well. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many things, and safe to take walks and runs in. The best thing is the beach, just a short walk out the door! It was quiet and clean and I would stay there again!

Amazing Stay!

I have so many fond memories coming to Tybee Island growing up and being able to stay here was an absolute dream. The resort was peaceful and less crowded than other areas, perfect walking/driving distance to restaurants and bars, and communication was very timely and quick. I would recommend those who stay to bring an extension cord as the amount of outlets are limited. I loved that there were chairs available and Cheryl offered a beach umbrella as well. It was such a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Getaway for Two

My husband and I loved our stay at Sandy Toes! It has been newly renovated, and the king bed was so comfortable. It was only steps from the beach and only a short car ride to lots of restaurants. Just know that they are working on the beach walkway, and all you have to do is walk past the pool, through the opening to Building B, and access the beach through that boardwalk. We will be back!
