Welcome to Flamingle in Fuchsia—Unit B on Tybee Island, just a quarter-mile from the beach! Enjoy the spacious layout of this beach duplex, featuring a cozy living room and a dining area perfect for post-fishing meals from the nearby Tybee Beach Pier (less than 0.5 miles away). Breathe in the sea salt air on the back patio and savor the beach lifestyle. Plus, you're under 10 minutes from the Tybee Island Light Station. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you!

NOTE: PARKING ON THE ISLAND CAN BE A CHALLENGE AND THERE IS NOT FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE UNIT! Due to this, we have a parking pass available for our B unit guests. The parking pass is $300 partially refundable deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, guests will receive a code to a lockbox with a parking pass. Once we have verified that the pass has been returned, we will refund $250 back of your deposit. Please let us know in advance if you would like to opt into this during your stay on Tybee.

Guests will enter the home through the Fushia-colored door on the right side of the building. Once inside, you will be welcomed in by the foyer, which is the perfect spot to brush the sand off your feet after a day at the beach! The fully-equipped kitchen is to right and is filled with everything you'll need to make a home-cooked meal! There is a breakfast nook with bar-stools for additional seating next to the large dining table with seating for 6! The next room is the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, built-in shelving, and a large SmartTV!.

There are two bedrooms in this house and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk in the second room. Both full bathrooms are off the hallway- making it perfect to share!

There is a screened-in porch with a table and chairs, charcoal grill and additional seating! The large fenced-in yard is shared with the upstairs guests.

Great location

Clean, unique, and in a great location! 2 mins or less walk to the beach, 2 mins or less drive to the grocery store, 5 min walk from all the happening little shops and restaurants. Owners seem to take great pride in their home and enjoy renting it out to folks, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with a family of 7

Great location, close to beach and food

This side of Tybee is lovely! We were about a 3 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from good food and bar options. We also did a lovely excursion with Crab Creek Charters to watch dolphins, the sunset and stars. The Vrbo is big and has plenty of amenities (kitchen, washer dryer, two bathrooms, two bedrooms). The listing has a number of rules around pets on furniture, but the couch smelled like dog and had numerous stains. For the price, it was a good deal. A few small logistical hiccups, but the host is really responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

A relaxing walk to the beach

We honestly loved this rental house. It is conviently located within 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. Very nice and safe neighborhood, my husband and I even walked from the house all the way to the down town area at midnight and felt very safe. The house is beautiful and very roomy and accomodating. My husband and I brought our 2 daughters ages 18 & 11 and our neice age 13 and our oldest daughter's best friend age 17. All four girls LOVED having their own room with the full bed and 2 bunkbeds. My husband and I took the smaller room with the Queen bed, my only complaint is that the blinds need to be replaced as there are two large gaps/holes were the blinds were broken & you can see into the room. Other than that, everything else was perfect. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and glad we opted for the parking pass deposit as parking is not free on Tybee Island. Parking was not an issue with the pass so it was very worth it. Definitely will stay here again or at other properties with this company. Highly recommend.

Quick stay

The rental was very clean and provided all the little things you might need in the bathroom and kitchen. We typically try and book properties that have a TV in all bedrooms and living room and there was a TV in the living room, a TV in the guest room with no remote so pretty much unusable, and no TV in the master. That isn’t a huge deal, but thought it should be noted. There were also 11 people staying in the upstairs unit (this is a duplex house), 4 adults and 7 children, and two dogs that ran all over the upstairs until 1am our first night. Even after my husband went up and talked with them about how the kids running around was keeping us up at 10:30pm they continued to allow the kids to run around. This is no fault of the owners, but it should also be noted because if there’s people staying in the upstairs unit you will hear every footstep they take. Being by the road is also difficult as you hear every car that drives by. The location was great, just a couple blocks from town and the unit is very nicely done.
