The space Summer House features 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths with a fully stocked kitchen, dining, living room, and kids area. The ground floor features an expansive game room with access to the fully fenced in backyard and plunge pool with outdoor sun loungers. The game room features a ping pong + pool table, snow cone machine, board games, bartender kit, cozy seating, and 2 twin sized beds for additional sleeping arrangements. The 2nd floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1: Full size bed, Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, (hallway full bathroom located between Bedroom`s 1 and 2), Bedroom 3: the master bedroom features a king sized bed, ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walkin shower as well as a private porch with 2 crib sized daybed swings. The 3rd floor features an open concept living arrangment featuring a kids corner, comfy high end furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen 1/2 bath, washer + dryer, and formal dining arrangements. There is access to the porch and roof top deck from the living room. For grilling, there is a blackstone grill by the pool. A pack n play, baby bouncer, kids books, high chair, and seating are all provided. Guest access A door code is provided 24hours prior to check in for keyless entry to the unit. Other things to note There is an alarm on the door leading from the game room to the pool area that will sound whenever the door is opened and will halt as soon as the door is closed. This alarm is there to alert parents traveling with small children as a safety precaution.
